The A/E at Stoneridge Hospice will develop and maintain a territory including meeting physicians, cold calling new accounts, maintaining ALF/ILF/Memory Care facitlies, along with following up with patients and families at their residences.
This is a role where you will have autonomy, flexibility and setting your own schedule. We would expect you to spend most of your time in the field as this is not a “behind the desk” role.
Qualifications
•Undergraduate degree required,
•Must have at least one year of Home Health, Hospice, or Pharmaceutical sales experience,
•Must possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance,
•Must be comfortable driving long distances and in variety of weather conditions,
•And the ability to work efficiently in rapidly changing environments
•Sales & or Marketing: 1 year
•Hospice: 1 year
The Marketing coordinator will develop and maintain the Stoneridge Brand. Creating marketing collateral, coordinating/ presenting at events, maintaining a social media calendar/accounts with new content. You will work closely with management, sales and the clinical team to ensure our long term vision is carried out and patient care remains at the forefront every single day.
Qualifications
•Associates Degree in medical related field or clinical licensure and relevant marketing/sales experience may be accepted
•Two to three years’ experience in healthcare related sales; understanding of end-of- life care and the referral process for hospice care
•Must possess excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills and excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
•Ability to work independently
•Must possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance,
•Computer software, programs and applications such as electronic medical records (EMR) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), understanding of various social media channels
Educational Requirements
Currently registered/licensed in Arizona and in good standing with the Board.

Educational Requirements
Minimum of one year experience as a Hospice Aide, or is currently enrolled as a nursing student who has had a minimum of 6 months clinical experience, or has completed a Hospice Aide training program or a certified, state tested nursing assistant (or completion of PCA course in Arizona), as allowable under state specific guidelines.
